Return and Exchanges
At Goluxe, all sales are final. Due to the nature and value of our gold and jewellery products, we do not accept refunds or exchanges once an order has been completed.
We also do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Cancellation of orders or return of items is not permitted after an order has been placed, unless the purchased item is confirmed to be defective.
Upon Receiving Your Order
Kindly record a continuous unboxing video when opening your parcel upon delivery. This video may be required to support any claims relating to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items. Failure to provide an unboxing video may affect our ability to investigate and process your claim.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged during delivery, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order at support@goluxe.com.sg.
To help us assess your claim, please provide:
- Your order number or proof of purchase.
- Clear photographs or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- The unboxing video recorded when opening the parcel.
- A brief description of the issue.
Once we have reviewed and confirmed that the item is defective or that an incorrect item was supplied, we will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Conditions
Returned items must not have been worn, used, altered, or damaged after delivery, other than the reported defect. Goluxe reserves the right to inspect all returned products before determining the appropriate resolution.
Goluxe reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the above conditions or where the reported issue cannot be verified.
