Are your gold bars exempted from GST?+
Selected gold bars are GST-exempt. Our investment-grade gold bars from PAMP and Argor-Heraeus qualify for GST exemption under Singapore regulations.
All other non-investment-grade gold products are subject to GST.
Do you guarantee authenticity?+
Goluxe is a licensed precious metals dealer in Singapore, and we are committed to offering only genuine, high-quality gold products.
All our gold jewellery is hallmarked and stamped with its corresponding gold purity, such as 916 or 999 gold.
Do you have a physical store?+
We do not currently have a physical store or showroom. However, you may contact us via WhatsApp to schedule an appointment to view products that you are interested in at our office.
What are the delivery options?+
Goluxe offers Standard Delivery, Express Delivery, and Self-Collection options for your convenience.
Standard Delivery
We provide complimentary local delivery within Singapore for all online orders above $100. Orders below $100 will incur a delivery fee of $5.
Standard Delivery orders are typically processed and delivered within 2–4 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Express Delivery
For customers who require their orders sooner, Express Delivery is available at an additional charge of $25. Your order will be prioritised for processing and is typically delivered within 1–2 working days from the date of order confirmation.
Self-Collection
Customers may also choose to collect their orders in person at our collection point located within J-Dee Remittance, Lucky Plaza.
Self-Collection orders follow the same processing timeline as Standard Delivery and are generally ready for collection within 3 working days. You can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange a suitable collection date and time.
Can I purchase online and collect my item immediately at the collection point?+
We apologise that we do not have this option available. All online orders have to be processed at our main office before they are sent to the collection point. You will be informed when the item is ready to be collected. Otherwise, you can contact us via WhatsApp to arrange the collection date and time.
How do I track my order delivery?+
Once your standard delivery order has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to you. The email will include the tracking number and a tracking link for you to check on the delivery status.
For express orders, tracking details will not be available. Instead, you will receive a message on the day of delivery, and courier will contact you before delivering your order.
Do you ship overseas?+
At present, we only deliver to addresses within Singapore. International shipping is not available at this time.
